Analysis of financial trends. Production of weekly, monthly and quarterly field metric reports. Coordination of division meetings and events. Corporate liaison and project manager for development, implementation, coordination and tracking of projects within the division.

Provide high-level administrative, operational and project support to Divisional Vice President of the East Division (approx 600 locations). Assist with analysis and financial trends. Coordination and planning of all meetings and events.

Research and analyze data to improve internal metrics and secure more opportunities for current business and to grow the business in other fields. Create content and design layout for any Managed Care member pieces, client pieces, presentations, announcements, author policies and procedures, etc. Implement internal processes necessary for new plan roll-out, planned initiatives and system changes for employees. Prospect future partners, using specific criteria for nationwide centers. Credentailing and contracting optometrists and ophthalmologists to participate in health plans nationwide.

Research and shop competing networks and providers in current markets. Determine markets and identify potential providers to recruit independent providers for the network. Implement internal processes necessary for new plan roll-out and planned initiatives.

Answered calls from customers of participating health and vision plans. Identified and met customer needs by providing a positive patient experience and educating members with accurate benefit information. If the patient was within 35 miles, promoted featured Lasik provider above other in-network providers and attempted to schedule a free evaluation.
