Current- Provides advanced customer service via multiple roles including: assistant managerial work, waitressing, hosting, and catering/to-go services.
- Pursues conflict resolution, de-escalation of upset customers, and also handles customer complaint cases.
- Communicates clearly to my team members and customers in-person and over the phone.
- Performs data entry on the computer, including financial adjustments, coupons, redemptions, rewards, orders, etc.
- Remembers and records orders accurately, minimizing send-backs and delays.
- Counts back exact change and drawer amounts
