Originally I started out as a crew member, within a year I was promoted to shift manager after my manager noticed my hard work and consistency. Within 2 years I was moved to another store and promoted to an Assistant Manager where I was trained to do truck orders and work at other stores when needed such as the manager going on vacation, or sick leave. I was then promoted to General Manager for the Urbana store and since then have raised profits and continue to maintain a positive relationship with customers and employees.
