As a Senior Clinical Data Specialist at Medtronic, I oversee and manage the end-to-end data management process for multiple global clinical trials, ensuring data accuracy, data quality, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements, GCDMP, and Medtronic SOPs. I have more than 11 years of clinical research data management expertise in diverse therapeutic areas, including Hematology, Diabetes, Spinal, Respiratory, Gastrointestinal, and Cardiovascular.I am SCDM certified and have a Master's degree in Clinical Research Administration from Walden University. I have strong skills in process improvement, data collection, data analysis, and reporting. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, audit ready data that supports clinical research protocols and improves patient outcomes. I collaborate with lead PIs, clinical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to plan and execute data management activities, facilitate and oversee the validation and testing procedures of clinical databases, and develop and maintain all essential data management documentation. I am also experienced in monitoring subject safety and reporting clinical data for compliance and accuracy.
