• Year 1 - Escrow Assistant – Managed over 150 files at a time, contacting Agencies to obtain balances, completion of construction results and schedules pertaining to that construction, scheduling closing, and finalizing closing documents to include the transfer of funding, titles, and liens. • Year 3 – Jr Escrow Officer – Assisted 5 Escrow Officers in Scheduling Closings, Balancing and funding with lenders, Assisting in Commercial Project oversight, which consisted of conference calls with Attorneys, Lenders, and Commercial Project Managers, ensuring that all necessary permits, titles, liens, and funding were in place. Assisted with Closings which required coordination of schedules to get documents signed and notarized. • Year 5 – Escrow Officer – Consistently managing 75 files at any given time. Working with Surveyors, Engineers, Bourgh, Agents, Builders, Attorneys, and lenders to manage and oversee, Scheduling Closings, Balancing and funding with lenders. Overseeing Commercial Project oversight, which consisted of conference calls with Attorneys, Lenders, and Commercial Project Managers, ensuring that all necessary permits, titles, liens, and funding were in place. Executing Closings which required coordination of schedules to get documents signed and notarized. Managing Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Searches and filings with the State of Alaska.
