Dietetic Technician/Health Coach
I'm a Health Coach with Ideal Protein Slidell at Slidell Memorial Hospital. I see clients weekly to help them develop healthier eating and exercise habits through the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method. The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a 4 phase plan developed by Physicians to help clients lose mostly body fat. It is a ketogenic diet that uses low carbohydrate, moderate protein, and low fat, meal replacement products. These products give the clients more food options than what is typically allowed on a ketogenic diet. Clients are monitored very closely by their health coaches. They are weighed, measured and have their body fat percent read at each meeting. The health coach also keeps the clients doctors informed of their progress monthly to ensure that if any changes in medication become necessary, we can work together to get those necessary changes made in order to keep our clients health to their optimum levels.
