With over 5 years of experience in the biotechnology industry, I am a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer at Lonza, a leading global supplier of biopharmaceutical products and services. I started my career at Lonza as a Warehouse Operative, and progressed to become a Biotechnologist and then a Manufacturing Biotechnologist 2, where I gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in quality control, good manufacturing practice, and good laboratory practice. In my current role, I leverage my expertise and credentials to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for biotechnologists across various departments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and enhancing their performance and productivity. I also collaborate with subject matter experts, managers, and external partners to develop and update training curricula, materials, and methods, and to identify and address the learning needs and gaps of the biotechnology workforce. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of biotechnologists, and I am committed to empowering them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles and advance their careers.
