Manage the Meat & Seafood department for the Louisville Division consisting of 97 stores through sales planning, buying, labor & expense, and profit. Forecast product needs for the Division and control current inventory needs for the Division. Implemented successful roll out of Easy For You Seafood for the Division being first to market for the Company and First to Market. Three consecutive years of sales growth in the Meat and Seafood Department. Guided Department through transistion from Mid South Division to Louisville Division.

Lead the Mid South Division in the Growth of Home Sales while becoming the 3rd highest average Home sales per store in the Company. Capitalize on incremental selling opportunities in General Merchandise and forecast opportunities on future trend items. Promote the growth of Third Party gift Card Sales in the Division. Grew Gift Card Sales +52% on a goal of 35% for 2011.
