As a Learning Coordinator with Rockland Trust, I support day to day management of training requests. Some of my responsibilities include managing our Learning Management System (LMS) through administrative tasks including but not limited to troubleshooting, testing, and uploading of courses into the LMS. I also produce training reports on an ad hoc basis, support training projects as needed, and provide customer support to employees.

Customer Information Center

I worked as a Business Liaison with Rockland Trust Company to perform a variety of duties designed to maintain relationships, exchange information and promote operations. My day to day duties included facilitating ~100 customer phone calls per day, both inbound and outbound, to assist our customers with a variety of needs. I also provided support to branches and other departments of the bank to aid in customer issues. In addition to working directly with our customers, I have collaborated with management as well as our marketing team in efforts to provide the best customer experience.

Collected money and sales receipts from cashiers and managers at the end of shifts. Duties also included counting all money to then compare and verify totals against receipts and other documentations.
