In this heavily unionized environment with 1200 employees, I have developed a well-rounded human resources role. I am trained in full cycle recruitment and always ensure it is successfully implemented. Developed a Resume Writing Workshop and presented to groups of employees who were being terminated from IMP (this portfolio can be presented upon request). I have developed accommodation procedures for unionized employees, ensured the Attendance Management Program is properly implemented, completed investigations and process layoffs and recalls. I have also been appointed to Deputy Fire Chief as well as the Advanced Medical Responder.
