Ashley Durham is a Creative Services and Project Manager at Sun Health. Colleagues describe them as "Ashley is not your average “creative services manager.” While she certainly produces creative concepts and designs in her work, she is one of the most organized project managers I’ve met in my career. Her calm spirit brings sanity to the incredible amount of work that is placed on her and her team. As someone who is also detail-oriented and loves when operations run smoothly, I deeply appreciated the projects Ashley and I managed together. As co-managers within our internal marketing team, I received a wide variety of requests from our sales teams (some of them very extravagant), and Ashely took them with grace and a collaborative attitude. In our year together, we’ve been able to set healthy expectations with the various sales teams for the requests they make and train them how to work well with an internal marketing team. On top of pushing out solid initiatives to attract new leads, we also rebuilt the entire marketing kit for our senior living communities and made significant progress on bringing all communications up to brand standards. Ashley is also one of the most respected managers on our team. While she does a significant amount of creative work herself, she is also loved by the internal employees that work for her and she manages relationships with a significant number of outside vendors. It’s not exaggerating to say that Ashley is the glue of the marketing team. While many marketers bring creativity or project management or a collaborative presence, she embodies all of them and any company would be jealous for the talents she brings to the table."
