Hello, my name is Ashley Durrant and I'm a 38 year old chef with 20 years experience, I've worked in fine dining hotels my whole career until recently when I decided to become a relief chef. This has gained me valuable experience in all differant environments of kitchens from canteens to pubs to 5 star Hotels. My aim is to come out of the kitchen and take on a catering managers job in the near future. As Head chef I did all the costing, menus, rotas, wages, holidays, health and safety etc. So I have 20 years of varied experience in the catering industry and I very much look forward to hearing from you.
