Automotive Service Writer
Current• Greet customers when they enter the service department.• Answering the service department phone to help customers schedule their next service for their vehicle or answer any question they may have about their vehicle we are currently working on.• Updating the customer after the mechanic has taken a look at their vehicle; what was found and recommending other services we can offer.• Closing out the customers ticket with an explanation of services and recommended services for their next visit.
