We are very focused on massage, we want to help people, I cannot disclose a name but someone who was coming once a month was so happy kicking her leg up and talking about her sciatica being GONE! no invasive surgery, she came once a month and with a membership that is 65$ and I get a free massage but I always leave gratuity, 90 minutes is only like 30 more dollars once a month unless you would like to come more. I love when I know I have matched a client with the right therapist and they come out feeling so great! I love working with people and I am happy to help in anyway I can, I mean from the customers to my co worker and my manager.

I make lingerie, and I go and I buy fabric, I know exactly when I started because I used to sketch and I asked my mother for her old sewing machine because she got a new one, and the one i was getting I still have and I still use. A sewing machine isn't all I use, its just the biggest tool among hot glue guns and I sometimes have to use the utensil people use to knit to pull strings through the design of lingerie I make. I sew on every sequin individually, I mean if someone request something I will draw it and they will confirm, but mostly I have my own ideas. Sometimes I use hot glue for sequins for example if they want a word on the back part of bottoms, I am hot gluing it. If its a fine piece Ill sew them around the edges, I have put like fuzzy fur at the end of robes I have made and I like to make things for all different body shapes. I do my own networking, when I get a full wrack of stuff, Ill take it to a club where girls are exotic dancers, and I know how expensive those outfits were when I was an independent contractor, YES I said it I used to be a dancer. It takes a lot to get up there and do that. It was a lot of gymnastics and everything. So back to hat I was saying dance clothes aren't cheap, so I make them and I sell them and i still triple my money, but its way cheaper than buying them out of a shop . The girls love it when they see me come in, as long as its within a couple weeks of having the outfit I will do repairs if they lose a button or they've pulled the string out or a sequin fell off. I do have a heart and do these fixes for no charge. Lately I've been so busy job searching, I haven't made anything.

I made outbound survey calls. Not just any surveys political surveys. I am very non bias and I think that is why I did so well at this job. I tried to be funny and at the same time keep them interested. I became their top agent and they wanted to promote me, I knew the survey job was temporary, I wanted to work for them but everything they had was too far for me. They wanted me to be customer support but work out of an office way too far for me. I have been looking for a remote job for a while now. Usually politics are such a sensitive subject, but i was able to avoid that by saying I am completely bias and so is the survey and lets have fun with it. The only part I didn't like about the job was that if someone couldn't understand a question I wasn't allowed to explain or even rephrase it. I like helping people. Anyways I made these outbound calls from my computer using my headset. I did like the job, I would make notes as to whether they were republican or Democrat and a summary of how they felt things were going, also a summary of what they think should happen. So I had to pay attention and multi task a bit.

This place was beautiful and still is, also location is great, the business was failing, This is where I came in, San jay Kumar asked me to run this place, he gave me permission to hire and fire and do whatever necessary. I watched the first couple of days, noticed bartenders bringing their whole family in to eat and leaving without paying anything. Yes we got a discount but not paying is stealing. I warned her, she kept on once more and I fired her. Then we had another bartender, she just had a bad attitude. We had no cook so if a customer wanted food then it was our job to cook their food and bring it out. I had to fire her, So I had to work by myself for about a month I posted ads everywhere that I was hiring. My responsibilities included, taking inventory and ordering the food and alcohol we needed, counting the money and at the end of every week taking it to the bank, opening I knew the code and it was changed after the two women were fired. I ventured out to other places that had live bands and with managers permission I would ask them to come play for us. The band was happy to get another gig. We were happy to have them, I had eventful nights halloween party, Monday margaritas, 1$ draft on tues, in a certain sized cup, I made up my own concoctions and let people sample, I cooked. Then I started hiring people. I went and had shirts made at a local sports shop and put numbers on the back, my first hire was my cook he was number one, he now did inventory and kept dates on everything after I trained him and showed him how we cooked everything. Then I hired two more bartenders. While I was working alone business started getting even better because word got out we had food, the halloween party was a HIT!!! karaoke, costumes blacklight, We had a green witches brew we called it, just green beer. Anyways the team shirts gave everyone the team aspect of working together. I more than tripled business. I am so proud of that leadership role.

I inspected parts that the machines made, I had to have my vision checked and everything for this role. All it took was a bit of common sense. if the part was dented or had the tiniest hole in it, I circled it with a white out pen the hole or dent, and then I counted how many parts were done that night and how many had problems and for each part damaged I had to write down the part, what damage was on the part and so on. I really didn't like being in manufacturing but it was a great experience.
