Coro is a 9-month experiential leadership training and professional development program that uses the community as a classroom model to train early-career professionals through six 3- to 6-week placements across various sectors and connects Fellows to vast networks of government, business, labor, and non-profit leaders.

• Managed pandemic relief grant program for restaurants and oversaw 250 participating restaurants
• Developed meaningful relationships with owner partners by hosting orientation webinars, conducting monthly check-ins, facilitating peer-to-peer relationships, and managing program calendar
