As a Recruitment Relationship Manager, I maintain client hiring manager relationships to effectively delivery quality candidates and service to RPO client hiring authorities. I am responsible for ensuring the best talent is identified and presented to our client hiring managers and work closely with the Talent Assessment Specialists and Recruiters to focus on delivering quality candidates. My role primarily includes:· Act as the main point of contact for client hiring managers· Work closely with client hiring managers to fully understand open positions in order to identify the best potential candidates for the job· Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Sourcing Specialists to ensure the best candidates are presented to hiring managers· Continued focus on quality candidate delivery by meeting specific delivery expectations and metrics· Identify, assess, and recruit passive job seekers and potential candidates· Effectively screen and assess active job seekers expressing interest in client’s open positions· Manage multiple open positions and hiring managers simultaneously.· Take a consultative approach with client hiring managers to discuss their open positions and outline delivery expectations· Discuss presented candidates with client hiring managers and articulate strengths of each candidate as it relates to why each should be considered for the open positions.• Participate in onsite presentations with clients and support hiring events

- Develop strong relationships based on understanding customer needs and exceeding customer expectations- Handled various aspects of account such as pricing, billing, and Service Provider issues.- Introduce Service Providers to other Angie's List offers to increase ROI and provide customer service to existing advertisers.

Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of theorganization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relationsactivities, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of supportmaterials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and publicrelations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff andcoordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.

Detecting and correcting the mechanism of injury, utilizing specific myofascial techniques, and guiding patients through progressive rehab. Progressive rehab includes strengthening and stabilization exercises and soft tissue work. Mastering comprehensive functional evaluations and understanding the kinetic chain.
