Work with Human Resources Manager and operators to identify open positions and develop a sensible recruiting plan• Prepares internal/external postings of job opportunities• Works with advertising agencies to effectively search for candidates in a cost-effective manner• Establishes and maintains relationships with external referral sources• Sets schedules for job fairs, mass hiring sessions, and one-on-one interviews• Facilitates candidate tours, interviews applicants, and gathers job-related information to determine suitability for the prospective role, conducting reference checks as appropriate• Ensures that all pre-employment/post-offer screenings are being completed• Responsible for administering candidate communication (offers, declines, etc.)• Facilitates new hire orientations• Oversees online applicant processes

• Enter and track HR invoices and track HR expenses• Perform general administrative work in support of the HR department• Manage MVR and DOT folder compliance• Payroll edits, bonus pay, and time-card corrections • Overseeing timesheets, unscheduled time, and deduction tracking • Assist in coordinating employee engagement events
