I have always had a strong Account Management focus with a knack for making things happen in the fast-paced world of marketing, advertising, and promotions. My absolute passion is people and the customer-journey they embark on with any business.I currently work at RipeGlobal, a tech startup with a mission to shake up dental education. My journey started in student support and sales, and I'm proud to have worked my way up to being the Head of Client Success. In this time, amongst other things I have implemented effective strategies on retention, successfully aligned our customer service team, streamlined onboarding processes, and put together courses for both our amazing team and the dentists we serve. RipeGlobal really allows me to keep focus on what I stand for - keeping customers at the centre of everything we do.I pride myself on being meticulous in everything I do (a bit of a perfectionist if you will) and tackle each day with a solutions-based mindset.
