The whole preparation and eating area had to be clean and hygienic. I worked in the office where I completed tasks like answering the phone, setting up appointments, filing papers, organizing the work area, faxing information to different companies, customer service and sales. I worked as a dock hand where I had to deal with customers, cleaned fish and boats and the work area, processed fish, took orders, sent out orders through FedEx and made sure the products we processed and sent were exactly what the customer wanted.
