I work in the leasing office and I communicate with potential and current residents in a variety of ways. I give tours, folllow up on leads, handle leagal paperwork such as signing leases, and answer phones, just to name a few tasks I partake in.

I am a research assistant in a psycholinguistics research lab, alongside a professor and other students. I help set up experiments, run experiments, and work with analyzing data. In the laboratory I am a part of we are focusing on accented speech and false memory. I have recieved a grant from the James Madison University Department of Psychology for Outstanding Undergraduate Scholarship in order to present the research gathered in the lab. Some tasks I partake in include signing leases, attending housing fairs and community events for the property, answering the phones, giving tours, filing, and a variety of other tasks around the office.
