At Manfood I currently have a very varied job role within the company. This includes the following:Following recipes and producing high quality food products in a small production kitchen. Having good knowledge of a HACCP system, preparing production areas and keeping on top of relative paperwork to pass accreditation audits. Basic warehousing, preparing small to large orders for clients, and sending out via couriers.Data inputting of customer orders into Microsoft excel and word, creation of spreadsheets relating to the company system.Working on various social media platforms to market and promote products.I have achieved qualifications in Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene and Level 3 HACCP and also hold training in first aid.I started at the company purely just producing the food products and have worked my way up to learn about many aspects of running a small business.

Working behind the bar and in the restaurant, serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A fast paced busy environment, working both at small events, up to big weddings and functions.

Working in a small friendly business environment, selling all products including shirts, ties and suits. Restocking and replenishing the store, dealing with customers both on the till and over the phone and liaising closely with the tailors to make sure customers are satisfied with their purchases.

To assist in the overall running of the department and to provide an efficient sales service to customers in line with company policy. Reporting to: Sales Floor Supervisor/ Department Manager.

Serving food and drink to customers in both a small restaurant and at large events such as weddings. Laying tables and restaurant organisation. Dealing with money. Operating a ten pin bowling system.
