Handle all aspects of running this mid-volume store. After being the ASM in the Deptford, NJ location, I was promoted and transferred in order to improve a debilitating store. I built a new staff, organized the stockroom and the entire office side of the store, paperwork, goals, marketing, etc. I also refreshed all visuals and brought the store up to company standards. Due to my planning, hard work, and well-trained staff, the store began to flourish.

After exceeding sales and metric goals, I was able to increase all numbers across the board by the end of 2019, 2020, and I am on track to have the most successful year in this location for 2021. I hire, coach and develop my team of 8-17 employees. I also handle payroll, scheduling, project planning, as well as everything else it takes to make this store successful.
