• Manage budgets and overages and create project estimates for over 90 artist projects
• Work closely with royalties department and business & legal affairs to set up royalty accounts appropriately, notify finance and A&R about such accounts and allocate recoupable costs in accordance with contract.
• Track contractual options for assigned artists/deals, circulate departmental option reports and secure label decisions with respect to options
• Work with finance and business and legal affairs to review and approve artist/producer royalty statements, new deal commitments and P&L models for finance review with regard to new deals or options
• Periodically support A&R in issuing purchase orders (POs) for travel, studio bookings, equipment rentals and other recording costs on an as needed basis
• Correspond with A&R, management, producers, engineers, etc. regarding day-to-day matters of budgets, payments and other issues on an as needed basis
