I act as a subject matter expert, mentor & trainer within the Project Management Group at ICON.With over 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily in clinical research and with 19 of those years spent within the Project Management arena, he brings a direct management knowledge from all phases of Clinical Research( I-IV), has worked in all major regions globally in both primary & secondary care across acute & chronic conditions. Through this he has acquired a strong business and Project Management skillset, whilst also understanding the importance of key stakeholder interaction and requirements including sponsors, key functional groups, vendors, investigational site and trial participant perspectives.As a highly skilled Project Director I’m able to optimize personnel and resources, managing change and improving team performance and project delivery.
