I hold a BA in Liberal Studies with a focus on Journalism from California State University-Long Beach.As the Senior Membership and Relationship Sales Manager at Clif Family Winery & Farm, I lead the strategy and execution of our membership programs, driving revenue growth and customer retention. I use data analysis to identify and target customer segments, create and implement marketing campaigns, and optimize the customer experience. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand awareness and reputation in the competitive wine market.
