- Developed and rolled out an automated change request process, written in google scripts (JavaScript), and now used across the Programme Management department. This development resulted in a 66% reduction in the time taken to raise change requests while allowing for accurate data to be collected for analysis and reporting.- Built an automated form generation tool for project lessons learnt, written in Google App Scripts. The scripts link a Google form, Google sheets, creates docs in Google drive and emails them out designated individuals. This automation reduced the time taken for the initial generation and communication of a lesson from circa 10min down to circa 10 seconds each with close to 1000 lessons raised to date. - Led a team to design and implement the business’s first automated freezer solution- Part of the programme management team that led a diverse team of subject matter experts in the design, build and roll out of a £124mil automated Customer Fulfillment Centre, managing the budget, schedule and scope. The project was delivered a week ahead of schedule and under budget.- Championed and redefined the quarterly project financial review process for the Programme Management team. Leading both Project and Finance teams during development and improvement of fit for purpose, user friendly tools, that resulted in accurate and concise reporting of project financials.
