• Communicates essential information to all business support channels involved in Client Onboarding Process, and attends all new client welcome calls, status calls, and fulfills ad hoc requests as needed.
• Maintains organized files and provides ongoing status updates with Implementation department and verifies data is converted correctly.Technical skills required for successful job performance includes advanced knowledge.
