Managed a team of five personnel which provided real-time target analysis of manned aerial ISR missions in support of allied and partner force operations. Developed and trained five personnel on classification guidelines to ensure both national and company standards were met. Briefed the air crew daily on weather, tasking requirements, other assets and airspace deconfliction.

North-West, Africa

Employed as local site lead who was responsible for the health, welfare and livelihood of six employees by providing coordination for living support, transportation, logistics and security in Niger, Africa. Worked closely with a Niger contracting agency and increased the efficiency of the team’s ground transportation by negotiating the implementation of two new team vehicles. Communicated daily with a local in-country contracting agency who provided the team with living essentials and logistics for the team house. Maintained strict guidelines for each daily post mission product and ensured the military customers’ expectations were exceeded.

Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States

Facilitated the cross-curing of multiple intelligence disciplines during operations with social media; resulting in actionable target acquisition of the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA), throughout three African countries while deployed to Uganda, Africa. Analyzed trends to identify potential threats to local populace in in support of AFRICOM. Coordinated with non-government organizations in order to facilitate and validate intelligence to counter violent extremist organizations. Supported timely, accurate and complete production of 21 requests for information in central African countries involving; facilitation routes, attacks, and safe zones of adversary and criminal organizations.

Afghanistan

Wrote 90 intelligence assessments utilizing incoming intelligence reports to identify future high profile attack targets and vulnerabilities of Afghan National Security Force (ANSF)/Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA) officials. Wrote 10 research papers encompassing, Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) after Coalition Forces Retrograde, Khorasan Group, Pakistani Refugees on Afghan Border, The Successes and Failures of Afghan’s Surrogate Security Forces, the Haqqani Terrorist Network Cross Border Operations, High Profile Attacks in Ghazni Province, and the Lines of Communication for the facilitation of Men, Weapons, and Equipment in Eastern Afghanistan. Provided immediate targeting support analysis and data for two Special Operations Task Forces and multiple Operational Detachment Alpha Teams in support of kinetic operations in Khowst, Paktiya and Paktika Provinces. Provided direct support to the CJSOTF-A Special Plans Group J2X and subordinate Special Operations HUMINT collectors by providing collection focus and requirements that directly led to multiple Capture/Kill operations led by Afghan Security Forces.

Afghanistan

Facilitated the establishment of the Civil Military Operations Center (CMOC), while in Afghanistan. Utilized signals intelligence, human intelligence, imagery intelligence and open source intelligence to identify effective, neutral, and non-effective Afghan Government Officials and their effects on the population, to enable the sociocultural understanding across six Afghanistan Provinces, including; Ghazni, Logar, Wardak, Paktika, Paktiya, and Khost. Created 130 intelligence products, for non-lethal targeting operations in support of the MISO, SEAL Teams 2, 10, 1st Special Forces Group, 3rd Brigade, 10th Mountain Division. Analyzed and briefed the potential effects of governance, security, and development from tactical and strategic operations to the SOTF-SE Commanding Officer, weekly. Created and disseminated 30 geographical map overlays, using Distributed Common Ground System-Afghanistan (DCGS-A), Google Earth and Palantir in order to depict tribal boundaries and analyze the role that ethnic diversity plays with social interaction.

Charlottesville, Virginia Area / Afghanistan

Served as a Novice Intelligence Analyst and out-performed peers in intelligence production by 75%. Awarded team leader, after three months of employment; reviewed products of three analysts for intelligence accuracy/proficiency. Provided all-source analysis targeting to the National Ground Intelligence Center in support of the war in Afghanistan, while working close with SIGINT analysts, HUMINT Collection Teams, and all-source analysts in support of deployed Special Operations Forces.

Searched, compiled, and analyzed intelligence information creating over 375 analytical products. Contributed to the apprehension of over 20 High Value Individuals; as a shift leader, of five intelligence analysts, in Brigade Intelligence Support Element (BISE). Developed actionable intelligence products in support of 253 targeting operations. Presented daily 24-72 hour analytical assessments to Command team derived from the collection of Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), significant activities (SIGACTS), and associated intelligence reporting threats, as Senior Current Operations Analyst. Directed and managed ISR missions in Tactical Operations Center (TOC) to collect on Named Areas of Interest (NAIs) throughout Paktika Province.

Task Force Currahee, 4Th Brigade Combat Team, 101St Airborne Division Air Assaul

Completed Special Security Representative Course and was the representative for access of tactical sensitive compartmented information facility for 100 personnel. Oversaw $500,000 of highly sensitive equipment, and physical security procedures and processes, efforts led to zero loss in a two year period. Directed new system security plan while deployed in Afghanistan that led to increased protection of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility and classified material – led to zero security violations

Task Force Currahee, 4Th Brigade Combat Team, 101St Airborne Division Air Assaul

Liable for over 1,000 Security Clearances for entire Brigade. Helped Soldiers with obtaining a clearance by reviewing all pertinent documents for accuracy and submitted documents to the Department of Defense (DOD) Personnel Security Department. Maintained badges and passes, visitor controls, and personnel security responsibilities while deployed, per DOD requirements. Submitted updates on JPAS for changes in personal status such as arrests; criminal charges traffic fines that exceed $250 personal or business-related filing for bankruptcy; garnishment of wages; treatment for drug abuse; or treatment for alcohol abuse; and data report on spouse/cohabitant. Managed, tracked, and created Security Clearance Access Roster (SCAR) for all unit personnel and contractors. Processed requests for special access levels, and coordinated read-ons with Division Special Security Officer•Calculated monthly figures and amounts to meet the Brigade’s Security Clearance Quota, in order to brief Brigade staff and commanders. Selected as “Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter” for displaying leadership, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage. Managed over 300 Brigade Courier Orders for the successful redeployment of classified material from Afghanistan to Fort Campbell, Kentucky, with zero loss of sensitive material. Developed and instituted a Personnel Security Program and trained subordinates upon 90 days of redeployment

Task Force Currahee, 4Th Brigade Combat Team, 101St Airborne Division Air Assaul

Created 20 intelligence products from extensive first-hand knowledge and evaluated source information to establish the validity of facts on the relationship between geographic, political, military, economic, and industrial forces and its effects on women and children of Paktika Province, Afghanistan. Led a team of three personnel and two civilian interpreters, ensuring safety and accountability with no personnel losses. Provided direct feedback support to the Fast Targeting Force (FTF) in four provinces, identifying key problems and solutions for governance, security, and development.
