As a CARES Representative, I accepted and conducted phone calls, provided technical assistance, updated student information, directed phone calls to the correct department, and was trusted with confidential information.

In this position, I worked at the Claymont Library during summers. This position required conducting various clerical, organizational, and service-oriented tasks.
