Leading Operations for the Course Supervisors within the Event Production Track involves managing intricate dynamics within Landmark's Training Academy, a flagship offering currently in its earliest stages. Launching the Training and Development programs in the Track over the past two years has been akin to initiating a startup, demanding innovation, strategic oversight, and hands-on involvement in program creation and delivery. As the architect behind many of the Track's programs, leadership extends from designing and delivering these offerings to guiding trainees in honing their coaching skills to mentor other leaders and eventually lead those programs themselves.Responsibilities in this role encompass performance intervention on a global scale, addressing and enhancing performance issues among trainees, managers, and other leaders, and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives with Course Supervisors, ensuring seamless alignment with overall organizational goals. Empowering Supervisors through targeted coaching, training, and development is critical to this role. Regular engagement with Trainers and strategic agenda calls with senior leadership align what happens in Landmark's programs with first-time customers to a broader strategic vision. This role blends strategic leadership with direct impact, driving individual and organizational growth. The Training and Development programs not only enhance Course Supervisors' capabilities but also indirectly touch tens of thousands of lives annually through effective coaching, production, and participation-tracking.
