• Answer phones, resolve patient insurance claims. • Help with questions related to medical care and benefits information. • Direct patients to the proper resources for further assistance with their issues.• Speak with providers on a daily basis, check claims and adjust claims.• Direct providers to the correct departments if needed.

· Perform a variety of patient care, office, and sterilization room duties.· Work chair-side as the dentist examines and treats patients.· Make patients as comfortable as possible, prepare them for treatment, take x-rays and obtain their dental records. Documenting any and all progress notes for patient during treatment so dentist can refer back.· Helping to provide direct patient care in dental specialty, including Endodontics. · Performing office management tasks that often require the use of a computer.· Help with front office duties as well. Such as insurance claims and questions from patients and insurance companies. Along with collections.
