Responsible for assisting case managers with administrative functions such as monthly reports, closing reports, and travel needs.• Complete monthly and closing reports for ORR submission within the designated timeframe and with accuracy. • Assist with booking travel for case managers. • Track training requirements provided by ORR and ensure HSPRS staff and supervisors are in compliance. • Other administrative tasks as needed. • Meet or exceed program productivity expectations on a regular and sustained basis.• Ability to perform duties and services remotely from home.• Demonstrate Exceptional customer service, in Everything you do, by placing the child, family, Veteran or client first to support our mission to "Empower people to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities."• Other duties as assigned

Coordinate and booked travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other necessary arrangements. Research and compare prices, availability, and quality of travel options such as flights, hotels, and car rentals to secure the best rates and accommodations. Advise employees on travel policies, visa requirements, and any necessary documentation needed for their travel. Manage and track travel expenses, including reconciling invoices, receipts, and credit card statements to ensure compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints.Assist employees in resolving any travel-related issues or emergencies, including flight cancellations, missed connections, lost luggage, etc.

Assists with the day-to-day operations of the office by doing tasks such as faxing paperwork to MCO's, making phone calls to Doctors offices, preparing documents for MCO's, and data entry.Worked efficiently to get respite and PCA authorizations done by deadline.

Accountable for the whereabouts and safety of children and youth.Plans, coordinates and conducts activities for program participants based on observed needs of individual children and youth ranging in age from 6 weeks to 18 years.Implements activities and special events that meet the physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs of children and youth.Assist children and youth with special projects, homework and life skills.
