- Managed the creation of statewide plans, hiring, training and management of 20-30members of the senior staff including an Organizing Director, Communications Director,Digital Director, Data Director and Operations/HR Director that oversee 10 RegionalDirectors, multiple department associates and 250 canvassers at the height of ourinternal program for our c3,c4 and PAC.- Responsible for managing an annual budget ranging from $2 million in 2019, $10 millionin 2020 and $7 million in 2022- Led the largest independent expenditure effort for direct voter contact program inPennsylvania in 2020 and largest comprehensive program in 2022 knocking on more than700k doors each cycle, making 2.5 million calls, sending over 1.3 million text resulting inover 180k conversations in communities of color in counties that were key to Biden,Shapiro and Fetterman’s victories

- Led statewide Partnership Program with 37 active partners engaged around issues andcandidates including 9 partners who received grant funding 6 of which were BIPOC ledorganizations totaling 1.6 million dollars in grant funding- Supported each partner through the grant application process including budgetplanning- Oversaw quality control measures to ensure that partners were successful in launch andday to day direct voter contact efforts resulting in each partner completing or exceedingthe 90% threshold of agreed upon direct electoral work- Created a uniform reporting structure for partners who received funding from our AVTable/ PA Donor Table to ensure that they did not have to duplicate reporting efforts tomultiple funders that were a part of their overall program

- Managed a statewide team of more than 75 Organizers and Canvassers- Created daily priorities and assigned goals, metrics, and tasks- Monitored metrics within each assigned region including knocks per shifts, flake rate,completion rate, confirmation rate- Worked with organizational leadership to recruit, hire, and onboard new staff- Assisted with training and staff development

- Responsible for building a robust volunteer organization & infrastructure across the statewith over 100 Staffer- Incorporated digital organizing to support offline organizing program during thepandemic- Established a strong organizational culture across the state- Developed and led statewide organizing team to meet capacity-building and votercontact goals- Determined staff and volunteer training program and schedule- Managed metrics and goals to achieve strategic imperatives within the state program

- Responsible for overseeing and maintaining relationships with Democratic Party leaders,elected officials, key constituencies, and donors- Organized all meetings of the Executive and State Committee as required by state partybylaws- Managed political relationships both instate and nationally including the DGA, DNC,DSCC, DCCC, the White House and Organizing for America- Demonstrated an understanding of all aspects of elections including campaign planning,targeting, polling, election law, and GOTV Programs- Responsible for drafting the 2012 Georgia Delegate Selection Plan
