My background is in branding and marketing, specifically in women's lifestyle brands. I founded a textiles design and import brand that returned a percentage of profits to micro-loans in the country of origin. Before all of that I was a professional cyclist and a typical "day at the office" might include 100+ miles of time logged on a bike saddle.I've always been good at rallying people around an idea and inciting action from disparate groups. As far back as 1st grade, I'd tell everyone there's no way we could ALL get in trouble if we ALL turned our desks to face backward before the sub got to the classroom. And it was true. Fast forward to now, I'm (most often) using my powers for good. My current venture is in PropTech and we're tackling on-demand housing.Because:Housing. If only it were as easy to book a home for a few months when in need as it is to book a vacation rental.That was the premise in creating MOBLHOM, a digital marketplace for booking furnished monthly rentals from afar. I wanted to create a solution for all temporary housing needs. Anything longer than a vacation and shorter than an annual lease. For people who are relocating, buying and selling homes, displaced by emergencies or for renovations, working contract jobs, or those who are just geographically agnostic.In my many past lives, I've been a brand strategist, product specialist, content queen, athlete, visionary and dreamer.
