During my time at the Dallas Arboretum, I helped implement a new visitor scanning tool within the gardens to help the Dallas Arboretum track and understand client demographics and potential areas of weakness regarding clientele. I also aided the COO and VP of Programs & Learning throughout the Dallas Arboretum’s Christmas village by managing ticket revenue, sponsorships presented within the garden, and current high-profile sponsorships with donations and marketing.

While interning at the Dallas Arboretum, I filmed, produced, and edited content for all social media pages, including their website. I worked closely with the marketing director in creating original content to engage with members and Dallas locals for promoting visits to the garden, exhibits, art shows, and special holiday promotions. While creating content, I also wrote and edited newsletters, concert announcements, and media scripts for reporters and local news outlets.
