I have been a CNA 7 almost 8 years now. I have worked in all setting imaginable, home,facility, private, staffing and I have the upmost assurance in my ability to do my employment duties not only confidently but safely as well, for the client and myself as well. I couldn't imagine doing anything else in life than being able to bring the care one not only needs but the respect that should come with it as well. I am more than just a CNA becaus, I believe my clients/ residents are more than just a way to pay my bills, they become like family. I truly believe that people who are treated as family in the health care settings not only feel more comfortable, but if cared for with love and respect as well, it could improve the overall quality of life.
