-performed basic dog handling skills(sit,leave it,out,place,stay,heel, etc)-performed basic dog grooming skills (nail trims, baths,blow outs,brush outs, anal expressions,etc)- administered medication to any dog in need of a medication during a boarding stay-lead overnights - overnight job duties included prepping food bowls, feeding all dogs at night their appropriate food, checking off and notating all dogs who did and did not eat,administering medication to med dogs,rotating all dogs for one final potty break before bedtime, making sure all dogs are secure, comfortable, have water, perform final check of all yards for poop clean up poop if any, performed final walk through and lock all doors at the end of the night. -morning overnight duties, prep food bowls , feed all dogs by 5 am, administer any morning medications I may have,check off and notate all dogs who did and did not eat,rotate all separate boarding dogs,clean kitchen, take out trash, give any notes to front desk regarding any dog such as ones that aren't eating, if any got sick during the night, etc- made sure laundry was caught up (wash, fold,etc)-in any downtime would clean any dog suites that needed cleaning, help set up for boarding- step in and help the runner run dogs coming in back to their appropriate groups or suite

Responsible for coordinating cases for precertification and prior authorization review.Determines contract and benefit eligibility; provides authorization for inpatient admission, outpatient precertification, prior authorization, and post service requests.Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.Work with patients to explain coverage amounts provided by their insurance policy, so they can understand why some procedures may be covered, while others are not.Obtain authorizations through insurance companies for a patients scan/procedure.Inform patients of their copay due at time of service.
