I am a quick learner, who hits the ground running at the tasks I am handed. I love to problem solve and dig into items that are not performing to their fullest. I have a high knowledge in SAP, Payroll, budgets, and I love giving back to the community around me . I'm innovative to find the best process to accomplish tasks in the most efficient and effective way possible.In my free time, I enjoy any time I can get with my daughter and son. From watching them play sports, cooking together and getting to experience new places and things as a family. I love to garden, raise my family, rock climb, snowboard and travel with my husband, children and dog.I take pride in every task I do, because I want each item to reflect on the person that I am. I am often told that I go above and beyond what is expected of me, even in the simplest of tasks. My heart is in helping and serving people. I give back through free haircuts to needy families and also currently volunteer at Blessing of Hope.If I were to describe myself in three words I would use; honest, hard working and giving. Honest because having integrity is a necessity in my world. Even if you make a mistake, you should always be willing to not only step up and admit it, but step up and help fix it. Hardworking, because I have worked since I was first able to at the age of fourteen. I started out at The Hershey Company at the age of 19, at the time I was an extremely young hire because they only pulled applications that had at least 5 years at another job. I had worked at my first job, right up until I was hired at Hershey. I was hired as a plant worker, and within the first year, I started working in the office. I quickly climbed the ladder getting new things added and taking on new roles and having a position at their corporate office, created for me. Giving, because I believe that you should give until you can't give anymore, and then give more. I was raised to help those that I see in need. Even from the smallest gesture.To love, is to give and to give, is to not only make something more of yourself, but more of those around you.
