• Manage portfolio financial performance analysis and reporting by facilitating accurate and relevant property and portfolio performance data and financial information• Evaluate portfolio based on appropriate geographic, tenant-related, quality-related, or other relevant subsets, and benchmark our assets and portfolio to the market and to peers• Implement new or enhance existing value creation, profitability, and cash management analyses on all capital decisions including acquisitions, dispositions, capital investments, tenant improvements, property-level financings• Provide financial input on strategic decisions including portfolio acquisitions or sales and larger strategic opportunities
