The redevelopment included an education plan that would provide an FAA-licensed instructor to teach live sessions, which in turn created the program for Pratt & Whitney to be a hybrid program and reduced the time to completion from six terms to three terms. - Led the Microsoft Software Systems Academy partnership start-up at Fort Benning to recruit for the specialized transition program MSSA Career Skills program for transitioning soldiers. The MSSA program at Fort Benning consisted of Cloud Application Systems Development through C++ programming.
