Manage HR department (payroll, benefits & recruiting) for 100+ employees. Responsible for in-service training completions, criminal history checks as well as assisting in leave of absences, employee injury and FMLA paperwork. Overlook employee PTO/holiday pay, and data entry.

Managed and implemented all benefit programs, company policies & procedures, drug testing, and oversee training/safety programs in context of compliance with state and federal regulations training programs to all employees in the facility. Responsible for recruiting and ensuring staffing needs are met in a timely manner.

Responsible for information/data management; control files and day to day data entry, communications between employees, operations and corporate. Assist with providing advice to management on specific HR and business processes/programs; Analyzes situations and work with management to implement policy. Act in part as a liaison for any questions employees may have in regards to company benefits (401k, insurance, PTO, etc.) 1st point of contact for all new hires, new hire document completion (on boarding processes) interview setups and variable scheduling (appointments/meetings). Insure all memos/letters have been distributed via “email/task board”. Update the company website with new projects going on, work on the marketing side for promoting our company.

Oversaw what was being shipped in and out of the warehouse, made phones sales to market all of the product being sold in the warehouse to vendors such as valero, H-E-B etc. I would also have to make deliveries to put our product in the stores.
