My VA Access Wave III Study Evaluate types of strategies and activities implemented by Veteran Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs) to improve access and organizational health, specifically within specialty care settings.Project Rural Access to Medication-Assisted Treatment in Pennsylvania (RAMP)Increase patient access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) by providing rural primary care physicians with skills and support to administer addiction specialty services. Aid in protocol development, literature reviews, and data analysis related to Medicaid reimbursement and addiction-related interventions. Collaborate with program administrators, and other stakeholders, to design, launch, and maintain assessment and evaluation activities.Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) Culture Change ProjectWork with Dept. of Health, and participating sites, to build a culture of change for prescriber use of the PDMP. Facilitate site on-boarding process by conducting change assessments that identify barriers to adoption and participating in quantitative and qualitative data collection efforts.
