Responsible for $40M pa materials spend on High Risk Direct & Indirect Commodity groups within Powercor Network Services Aus

Key Responsibilities:Entering and reconciling all daily pick ups from the refinery and 3rd party locations.Liaise with refinery engineers and operators on stock availability, production runs, equipment and operational issues.Providing customer service within the sales and marketing group and relationship building.Reconciliation of project rebates, haulage claims and supply agreements.Investigating accounts payable issues for all vendor invoice disputes in relation to pricing, quantity etc.Co-ordinating and planning the supply of 80,000 tonnes of bitumen per year.ProcurementMajor customers - BP, Boral, Downer EDI Works
