As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Quest Software, I oversee the coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of interviews for various roles in the computer software industry. I also track candidates as they move through the process, ensure data accuracy across all requisitions and candidates in our ATS (iCIMS) and shared pipeline documents, and assist candidates with onboarding training documents. Additionally, I am responsible for I9 collection and verification of proper authorization to work in the United States, and oversee and facilitate completion of required documents.I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Baylor University, where I aim to enhance my knowledge and skills in business administration and management. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Texas A&M University, where I focused on business administration and management, general. I am passionate about human resources, recruiting, and onboarding, and I strive to provide excellent service and support to both candidates and hiring managers. I have a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry, and I have contributed to multiple projects and initiatives as part of the Return to Office Core Team at Quest Software.
