In my current role as an FX & Liquidity Executive I monitor the liquidty of our accounts to ensure sufficient funding for payouts. In addition to this, I make internal trades to balance our trading contra and when making trades, I refer to this to make an informed decision on the trade and stay within our risk appetite. I also perform other tasks such as over the counter trades for clients, journalling trades and payments, and dealing with internal enquiries by communicating across different teams and stakeholders.I'm currently undertaking an implementation project where I will be a super user of Zendesk.A bit about my career thus far:In my career so far I have enjoyed many challenges and gained plenty of experience in many different financial sectors that can allow me to transition these skills into any business and any role, due to the vast versatility Customer service/client services and operations offers.Some of the most important skills I've picked up are:- Communicating with customers and clients to an exceptional standard- Excellent Problem solving skills- Excellent Administration and operational skills- Proficiency with Microsoft packages- Ability to work towards goals and targets- Relationship building- Leadership- Project Management- Data fixes and reportingAbove are just some of the many skills I have acquired in my career. I'm a very determined individual, that is extremely motivated and I look to achieve whatever I set out to do to the highest standard. In the workplace I am someone that likes to complete my work to the finest detail, and I wouldn't expect any less from myself.
