As Ashley was growing up, she admired the famous Barbie as one of her role models. It wasn't just because of Barbie's amazing fashion sense (although that was definitely a part of it.) What Ashley truly admired about Barbie was her ability to pursue any dream without fear. If Barbie could be a Spy-Doctor-Teacher-Chef-Astronaut, then Ashley believed she could too!So Ashley embarked on her career journey, starting in the medical field with dreams of becoming a Hematologist one day. However, along the way, she realized that while she loved helping people, she wasn't quite comfortable dealing with bodily fluids. Life has its unexpected twists, and through an accident that led her to do some office work, Ashley had the chance to reevaluate her choices, explore different paths, and find her true calling.Just like the iconic Barbie, Ashley has worn many hats on her journey to helping people. She has been a Production Manager for a Magazine, an Aerospace Salesperson, a Phlebotomist, an Office Manager, and more. Each job allowed her to acquire new skills and talents, and although she found aspects to love in each role, her true passion always lay in assisting and connecting with the people she encountered along the way.Her natural ability to connect with others, understand their career desires, and navigate the art of "selling oneself" eventually led her to become a recruiter, where she finally feels like she has found her forever "hat."Ashley truly enjoys the opportunity to connect with her candidates, learn about their aspirations, and assist them in finding the perfect fit for their career and personal life.
