My name is Ashley and I am a Certified Genetic Counseling Assistant for our Operational Team assisting in setting up genetic testing appointments for patients, among many other things which I absolutely love and enjoy. Working with fertility genetic testing has been such a new and amazing experience and I cannot wait for the years to come! Before joining Cooper Surgical , I was a genetic counseling assistant at Bronson Healthcare and West Michigan Cancer Center for many years, where I learned a lot about hereditary cancer syndromes and genetic testing. I also completed a certification program for genetic counseling assistants from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, which enhanced my knowledge and skills in genetics. I am passionate about helping people understand their genetic risk and options, and I enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
