Creekside Apartments

I am responsible for maintaining a wing of the community. This includes cleaning duties, delivering notices, turning vacant apartments, and on-call hours.

Countryside Estates & Creekside Apartments

I communicate with prospects, lease apartments, retain resident retention, walk property, create craigslist ads, shop competition and utilize Yardi.

I clean a 144 unit building daily. This includes: entry ways, hallways, laundry rooms, dusting, and etc. I also do turn cleaning, when an apartment becomes vacant, I complete each turn within three days of the vacancy.

I trained in new crew members on cashier, food prep, food line, meats, fries, taking orders, handing out orders and etc.
