I have very close to 20 years of customer service, hospitality, and management experience. I have a passion for making people happy serving people, and, most of all, teaching people; leadership. Creating a healthy work environment and providing the best customer service as humanly possible is what drives me professionally.I work diligently to add to my professional knowledge database, and use that knowledge to make any company better by molding its employees into smart, diligent, and motivated professionals. I exceed in the Management and Employee training field. Not only that, I work diligently to make any customer experience the best experience while building a trustworthy and strong standing relationship with them. I’ve never had a problem working directly with people. As a kid, I knew this is what I was going to embrace as a career when I grew up. I strive to make their problems my problems, and I strive take fix those problems for them. I am aware that I can’t fix everything. So if I can’t fix a specific problem, I will do what I can to make it better. I do that by making them feel like there is no one in this world but them, and let my professional enthusiasm and upbeat attitude rub off, making them feel like they are on top of the world.As a child I watched my father work for his success. We would travel with him an hour away from our to well established college, well known University to get his degree. He would commute while working full time and taking care of me and my brother. After earning his engineering degree, I watched him work hours and hours, building a successful business from home and while working a full-time job at a machine shop. He would get up hours before us and start in his office, then he’d see us off to school and go to work. I learned a great deal from spending years watching my daddy and learning from him. This is where my self-motivated, enthusiastic drive, management and leadership skills, and absolute eagerness to learn.I work well with people professionally. I learn from mistakes and teach what I’ve learned. I possess the leadership qualities that build respect in my workplace. I work very well with customers and clients, building trust and professional relationships. I learn quickly, and have fun doing so. I’ve have a well-rounded knowledge database of people from all areas of the world. It doesn’t matter what product I’m giving to them, that’s not what generates revenue or creates respect with my employees . It’s me, my product knowledge, and leadership skills.
