I am a Registered Architect and Senior Accessibility Consultant at Jensen Hughes, and I provide accessibility consulting for a variety of project types including commercial, corporate real estate, hospitality, entertainment, institutional, multi-family residential, and mixed-use projects. I assist owners, designers, contractors, and facility managers to comply with the accessibility regulations applicable to their projects and facilities. I am well versed in applying the requirements of Federal accessibility regulations such as ADA, ABA, Fair Housing Act, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act; of model codes and standards such as IBC and ICC/ANSI A117.1; and of state- or jurisdiction-specific accessibility codes and standards. I specialize in design peer reviews, facility assessments of existing facilities, construction phase observations, and accessibility consulting for a range of occupancy types.
